Stickers
Stickers cut to your shape: kiss-cut sheets, die-cut singles, or rolls, in the pack you ask for.
Examples
A brand mark people peel and keep
Stickers are the print people volunteer to carry. A shop puts them in the bag. A product team uses them as a seal on a carton. An event hands them out because a sticker gets stuck to a laptop or a bottle and stays visible after the flyer is recycled. Shops, product teams, and event brands order them when the logo is the whole message.
That is a different job from a product label. A sticker does not have to wrap a jar or carry an ingredient panel. It has to look right, cut cleanly, and arrive in a pack your team can actually hand out or apply. If the piece must fit a bottle, a box face, or a wrap with a specific adhesive, quote it as a label instead of forcing it through this page.
Shape, cut, and how they are packed
You choose the shape. A rectangle or a circle is the simple version. A contour that follows the artwork is a custom cut, and it needs a path, not a wish. Tell us how the cut should work. Kiss-cut stickers stay on a backing sheet so people peel one at a time. A die-cut piece can be an individual shape with the extra material gone. Sheets, rolls, and singles are packing choices as much as print choices. Name the one you need. We confirm the format on the quote before we pretend a path is final.
Material and finish belong in the same note. Say where the sticker has to live — a paper bag, a painted window, a water bottle, a carton — and whether you want a matte or gloss surface. If you need it to survive weather, a dishwasher, or a freezer, say that plainly. We will tell you on the quote whether we can stand behind that use. A pretty vinyl look-alike that peels off in a week is not a result we will imply.
Short runs and shaped jobs fit digital printing. A large run of one identical sticker may be quoted another way. You describe the quantity and the number of designs. We name the process.
Ordering from wherever you work
Use the quote request. Include the quantity, the finished size, the shape, kiss-cut or die-cut, sheets or rolls or singles, the surface you care about, and the state or ZIP for the cartons. We price the job and send a proof that shows the art and the cut. You approve it. We print, then ship anywhere in the United States. If one order holds several designs or several sizes, list them so the proof shows each cut.
The cut path is part of the file
Send a PDF with the art, and put the cut on its own path so prepress can see what is print and what is knife. Type and faces should sit inside the cut, not on it. Bleed still matters: the ink has to run past the cut line or you will see a hairline of bare material. A PNG with a soft drop shadow and no path is a starting point, not a press file.
Graphic design and prepress can draw the cut, rebuild a blurry logo, and check that the proof matches the pack you asked for. Send the artwork and a sentence about how the stickers will be used. The quote and the file should travel together so the cut we proof is the cut we agreed to.
Frequently asked questions
- When is this a sticker, and when is it a label?
- Order stickers for a brand mark or a giveaway, a shape someone peels and keeps. Order labels when the piece is the face of a product or package and has to fit that container.
- Can I get a custom shape?
- Describe the shape or send a cut path. We confirm on the quote whether the job is a rectangle or circle, a kiss-cut sheet, or a die-cut piece before we proof it.
- Can I get sheets, rolls, or individual stickers?
- Yes, as a request. Say how you want them packed and applied. We confirm sheets, rolls, or singles on the quote rather than guessing.
- Will the stickers hold up outdoors or in a wash?
- Do not assume it. Tell us the surface and the conditions. We will say on the quote whether we can stand behind that use. If we cannot, we say so before you approve a proof.
